REFUND POLICY

Preamble

This refund policy (hereinafter “the Policy”) is applicable to all orders placed on the Babyparentalnews website (hereinafter “the Site”), published by Babyparentalnews (hereinafter “the Seller”). Its objective is to inform customers (hereinafter “the Customer”) of the conditions and procedures for returning and refunding products purchased online.

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, upon request. exception of return costs. 2. Return Conditions

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

4. Reimbursement Procedure

In the event of a valid withdrawal, the Seller undertakes to reimburse the Customer for all sums paid, including standard delivery costs. Additional costs arising from the Customer's choice of a more expensive delivery method than standard delivery will not be reimbursed. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as that used by the Customer during the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed by the Customer for another means of payment. The refund will take place within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Seller is informed of the withdrawal decision.

The Seller reserves the right to defer reimbursement until recovery of the products or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment of the products, the date chosen being that of the first of these events.

5. Defective or Non-Compliant Products

In the event of receipt of defective or non-compliant products with the order, the Customer must notify the Seller within seven (7) days following receipt of the products by email to the following address: info@babyparentalnews.com , in specifying the problem encountered and providing evidence (photos, descriptions).

The Seller undertakes to exchange or reimburse defective or non-compliant products. The return costs will then be covered by the Seller. Refund or exchange will be made after receipt and verification of the returned products.
